Dreadful service! The senior receptionist is unapologetic, defensive and had a terrible attitude. She spoke over me and dismissed me when I said I did not feel listened to by the dentist. Caroline was useless. I was barely in the chair for 3 minutes for my emergency appointment. She plastered fluoride paste on my tooth, which didn't work. I could of potentially had to waited over 6 weeks for basic work to be done. She said my teeth looked "not too bad". My current dentist is amazing in comparison. I can get the work I need done within a week. I had 2 x-rays and a very thorough look at. My 'not so bad' looking teeth need 4 fillings and a gum clean. I highly recommend you don't use this dental practice. Go anywhere else but here.
I love my dentist. Suzanne is extremely thorough and is the only person I trust with my teeth after a few bad experiences. The receptionists are lovely, so friendly and chatty and the practice is clean and well maintained.
This is the best dental practice I have ever been to. Everyone from the amazingly friendly receptionists to the extremely talented dentists. I like it that it's the same staff aswell always feel at ease when I go everyone from my dad to my kids feel the same.
Got me an emergency appointment within a couple of hours, front desk were really helpful multiple times and I was seen by Alaa who was really informative, worked very quickly and put me at ease, despite me neglecting my teeth! Wait time for follow up work was a couple of weeks, but can’t do much better than that in the times we are in.
Been a patient of East Craigs Dental Practice for 16 years now and have always been very pleased with the service I've received. The reception staff are very friendly and during the last 16 years - I've had a few dentists who have all been fantastic. The hygienist is also very friendly. They're also really good with children as my son always also has good experiences there - this practice is definitely a local asset!
We are new patients at this Practice, the reception staff were very friendly and welcoming . Our actual dental treatment was very professional and we were made to feel at ease instantly by our dentist Caroline, who explained everything in clear detail. Would definitely recommend this Practice without hesitation. Also easy to park too which is great. All in all 5 stars !
