Lovely welcome when you are at the practice, staff are extremely knowledgeable & helpful, especially Gayle. Dr Eleri is very nice, keeps you informed each step of the way, very professional & happy to answer any questions. The DNAs seem very pleasant & well trained too. I have been a patient since I was a child & I’m in my sixties therefore I have seen a few dentists. The values & behaviours have not changed. I had a really great experience at Barnton Dental with Matthew which included treatment of dental implants and porcelain veneers. From the initial consultation to the final result, the care and communication thoroughly was brilliant. Matthew took the time to explain each step of the process in a clear and easy-to-understand way, which was reassuring, especially for someone like me who had some apprehension about such dental work. Any question I had was answered, and Matthew welcomed them at any point throughout, making me feel at ease and confident throughout. There were two instances during my treatment when my temporary veneers broke, which could have been stressful. However, Barnton Dental’s responsiveness was great. On both occasions, I was able to call and secure a same-day appointment with Matthew, which alleviated any concerns and demonstrated their patient care. Reception staff were always, friendly and made any visit to the practice a much more pleasant. The results have exceeded my expectations, and I’m really happy with the outcome. When staff changes take place it can sometimes be a little daunting to those of us apprehensive when visiting a dental practice. Today was one of those good days. My wife and I had an appointment with the new hygienist Mrs Miriam Tuttle. We both agreed that our treatment was carried out in a most efficient and caring manner. Can't praise her enough. This is on a par with the treatment we receive constantly with Mr Gall and likewise with the reception staff. Can't praise you all enough. Ray Walker
I have been attending Barnton Dental practice for 20 year plus and once again had major work carried out. Top marks to John Gall and all his staff who are very friendly and efficient. The whole team are very professional.
Can't recommend Barnton Dental highly enough. As someone who'd have been considered a "nervous patient" before, I can honestly say I no longer think twice about visiting the dentist. All the staff are lovely and Dr Gall is fantastic. I've also had my teeth straightened using C Fast and the results are nothing sort of incredible. If you have any sort of dental phobia, I'd thoroughly recommend giving Dr Gall a call.
I have attended the Barnton Dental Practice since 1963 and since 1991 have been looked after by Dr John Gall. The range of treatments I have required since then have been carried out in a most professional and effective way and I am pleased to be able to say that my teeth are in excellent condition. I also benefit from the service of the Practice hygienist. For someone who was never keen to visit ‘the dentist’ I now do so with total confidence. Dr Gall has a great team supporting him which adds to the experience of a visit.
