Just finished a course of treatment at Mydentist Corstorphine. 1st visit to their new practice since they moved from within Tesco. Practice is bright and clean. Being a very nervous patient I was dreading my visit, not having been to the dentist for a few years didn't help. My dentist is Tanushree Agrawal and this was my 1st appointment with her. As soon as we met she put me at ease. Once I had my examination she explained the whole treatment plan to me, answering a few questions I had. I am more than happy with the treatment I received and am happy to recommend
I recently had the pleasure of being treated by a young and highly skilled dentist who completely transformed the look and function of my teeth. He performed three white fillings that are absolutely flawless, 100% natural-looking and indistinguishable from my original teeth. Following that, he also did a professional whitening treatment that delivered fantastic results. Despite my usual fear of dental visits, this dentist’s calm and gentle approach made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. The treatments were painless, and his reassuring manner truly helped me overcome my anxiety. I’m incredibly grateful for the care and expertise he provided. Thanks to him, my smile looks better than ever, and I feel much more confident. Highly recommended!
Absolutely joke of a dentist, been trying for over a week to get an emergency appointment to keep being told no appointments due to them only having one dentist, not my problem!! Your duty of care is terrible!!
Has to be the rudest dentist ever. Went down to pay a bill which I'm still trying to pay via phone and no answer for 4th day running. To be told to get out and pay over the phone because she was on lunch. This was after 2pm I was in there with another customer also trying to pay a bill. Joke of a dentist company will not be back nor will my family who were all paying customers.
Called at 830am for emergency appointment today , got appointment at 2pm the lady dentist was great , very pleasant and the receptionist was great too , happily go back
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Paid £500 for a crown only for it to fall out after 12 months and take the majority of my tooth with it, leaving an unsightly hole in my mouth. Refused to see me at the time citing lack of dentists, despite having an obligation to their patients. The member of staff I spoke to told me to phone NHS out of hours!! After countless calls to the practice and the very unhelpful patient support team, I ended up having to go to another practice to have a temporary cover put over it. Finally saw the dentist (for a 5 minute appointment) after 6 weeks and she said 'sometimes crowns fall out' and told me someone would be in touch. I haven't heard since and I'm now having to try and find another dentist to help me deal with the mess that's been left. If you value your dental health please stay away from these people!! Duty of care is non existent and I'm disgusted that this is how they treat their patients.
I don't know if this is even still open, been trying to get through for months. They essentially lost all their dentists and said we could be seen at another dental practice "only if extreme pain, extreme swelling or profuse bleeding". No other dentists in the area are taking NHS patients so my child has had no check up in well over a year and my chipped tooth cannot be dealt with - nor can the pain I am now getting from a wisdom tooth. Complete farce.
