   I had a tooth extracted yesterday, and the experience was far better than I expected. Dr. Smith’s technique was excellent—I felt no pain during the injection or the extraction itself. The dentist and nurse were very friendly and reassuring, with warm smiles throughout the procedure, which really helped me feel at ease. I highly recommend this dental practice.

   As a family, We have been coming here since 1998 when we moved from the south to Edinburgh. Al three youngsters aged 10, 9 and 8 were looked after excellently. Yes, folk have come and gone, different ownership and that is fine for that is life. In many ways, just like any other organisation, the practice has continued to improve. That is important. Really welcoming staff, exuding warmth, right from the moment one rings the bell. Well done to the receptionist! That cannot always be easy! The dentist we have, AA, (and her technician) are outstanding. So professional and caring and her advice (which we listen to very carefully) has really made a difference to us. She and all the staff are also excellent with lour neuro-diverse adult son who used to be terrified of going to the dentist. Nothing but praise for the team. Thank you for how you do it, how you care and for making a difference to us.

   Re registered after not being with a dentist for a number of years . Very anxious about going back. The team made the process very easy completing online request and calling me next day I had an appt within the next week. Made to feel relaxed as very anxious whilst being honest about what needed done. Matthew was able to make an urgent referral for an unexplained lump to Livingstone Hospital. I received a call next day and have been booked in hospital for assessment the next week. Really Couldnt asked for better service. Very pro active Am booked in next few weeks for work needs done due to not going to dentist for so long. Thanks again

   I was in a lot of pain. They were quick to see me and sort out the issue. Everything was thoroughly explained to me so I had no issues or concerns about the procedure. After care advice was clear and precise and you felt comfortable to ask any questions. Would 100% recommend to anyone and everyone!!!

   I have been a patient in the practice for 25+ years and I'm now under Tessa's care. I'm extremely delighted with the excellent and professional standard of Tessa's clinical work and routine examinations. She also makes me feel very comfortable and is easy to talk to. I recently had an emergency situation prior to going on holiday and Tessa arranged to see me at short notice to treat me. All staff are courteous, friendly and respectful. I would highly recommend Tessa and the practice.

   I moved to Edinburgh over half a year ago and had the bad luck to break my front tooth, Sharon helped me arrange an appointment very quickly and assigned me to the best dentist ever. Tessa is a very sweet and gentle doctor, she makes me feel I am visiting a friend instead of a dentist! She’s very patient and ensured I understood everything before proceeding with any treatment. The dental nurses, specially Lisa, are super cheerful and always welcomed me with a big smile. I hope I don’t get further dental issues but otherwise I would love to see them again soon!
