I have been with this practice for several years now and have always been very pleased with the service I have received. I left another practice to come to the Ardmillan. I left the previous practice because I came to dislike the ambiance and the attitude towards you but my wife remained with them. Just recently a piece of one her teeth broke away and she phoned them to arrange an emergency appointment. They had nothing for another month but if an abscess, a swelling or pain developed then to phone back. We were both incensed and I decided to phone the Ardmillan to see if they could help out. My wife had an appointment in 48 hours and the problem was promptly fixed. I have to say that that is service. Well done everyone.
Great staff and amazing service. Dr Mireia Rodriguez is very professional, clear and polite and she made an amazing work. Her assistant Lois was very kind and made sure I was comfortable during the whole procedure. I cannot recommend this place more!
I am pleased with the care I received at Ardmillan Dental Practice. I was fortunate to be accepted by this practice after my long-time NHS dentist sold his business to a fully private operator. I was nervous about seeing a new dentist, but I needn't have worried because I had a great experience. Along with the dentist, Dr. Rodriquez Espuna, the dental team was friendly, welcoming, and supportive. I left feeling comforted and assured that I was in good hands.
Went for usual check up and reception staff were very friendly. Didn't have long to wait and again dentist and nurse very friendly, which relaxes you. You must admit no-one likes going to the dentist, so this does help. I was lucky that I didn't need any treatment, so was just given a clean and polish. Was in and out within half an hour. Great service.
