   A temporary crown fell out. 1) I booked online on Friday night for a Saturday appointment for £110. That worked. 2 ) as I was sitting in the dentist’s chair I was informed that actually now the price was £150, and did not get an explanation. 3) the repair to the crown lasted less than 11 hours before it simply fell out again. It seems like a lot of money for an inadequate job.

   Had my first treatment at Bellevue medical practice. A scale and polish and composite filling. A new dentist is always daunting but I should not have worried : The dentist Mili Mathew was excellent, she explained things clearly and was very thorough making sure I was completely satisfied the result. Although going to the dentist is never a pleasant experience, the procedure was as painless as it could have been . Highly recommended

   Dr Haida is a perfectionist in his development and practice of all things appropriate to a top grade dental practice. I feel very fortunate to be one of his clients. He is always courteous, thorough, encouraging, professional. His dental rates are fair, and clearly stated in reception.

   I just had my first appointment with Mr Haider after a colleague recommended him to me. Im so happy she did! Im a little apprehensive of dentists but had no reason to be here. I didn't feel rushed, everything was explained with a clear plan going forward. I would highly recommend this practice and Dr Haider to anyone, especially if you are a nervous patient.

   First of all, I have only been to this dental surgery once. The dentist I was seen by came across as very pleasant, competent and professional. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said of the reception team I dealt with who overcharged me and did not even have the decency to apologise for that. Abysmal communication skills, a lack of basic manners and decency in addition to a worrying level of utter incompetence. This poor front of house aspect of the company unfortunately reflects badly on the whole company even if the dentists themselves happen to very professional. I hope the management will take this feedback on board to improve the practice however I have decided to go elsewhere where I will be treated with proper respect.

   Dr.Faheem Haider and Shannon was brilliant today with my treatment can not thank them enough I had a wisdom tooth removal with a scare of a Nerve in the way as I got scared from my previous Dentist in Musselburgh had no plan for me and said he has never of heard of this situation that’s why I was recommended to Come to Bellevue dentist by a friend and glad I did Dr Faheem gave me such reassurance and had a plan ready.

   I’ve visited the clinic for a filling on the 14Dec. I’ve had a horrible service by Dr Haider, he did a filling on a tooth and damaged a healthy tooth beside the other one, it cost me £390 to repair what he did, apart of the feeling of having an awful holiday at Christmas because I had so much pain. When I phoned to complain they never really care about that. I strongly recommend people not to come back to this clinic, in the past I used to see Dr Renie which was fantastic but now the service it’s totally different.

   I was unfortunately bribed to take my last post down by the owners. So I will be saying my part again so people can see how they treat their staff/I was treated. I was an employee here for 3 months. I left a job which I actually really liked although it wasn't career wise what I wanted to do, to take this opportunity at bellevue because it was the career path I wanted to go down. I was excited for the future. Done alot to help them, done alot of over time etc and in return got spoken down too, patronised, made to feel small and just generally mistreated. I really enjoyed chatting to the patients, there are some lovely people coming in and out but even alot of them felt that the practice had changed massively and weren't very happy with the high turn over in staff. There are some great dentists and dental nurses working within the practice who love their job and it's a shame how unappreciated they are. Since Martin and Alison retired the place has, from what I've been told, and seen within the 3 months working there, turned into a shambles. I had seen many staff come and go in the short amount of time I was there. I was given my notice with no valid reasons whatsoever. January 25th I was meant to be paid, and it didn't show up in my bank..i contacted one of the practice owners (won't say names) who said because of my last review they're not paying me!!!! We had a chat over the phone where he said it wasn't fair and he will pay me once I take the review down, which I done but still waited another whole day for payment. Not good enough. I wasn't going to write anything else but the experience I've had with this couple has been so stressful and withholding payment - I could have taken this further as it wasn't legal! Now I am back in my old job and regret ever leaving them. I will go back to dentistry when I feel I can really trust the owners/manager and feel the staff are being treated with respect. Some great dentists here who genuinely do care about their patients, but overall I would avoid at all costs.

   Used to like Mark Rennie who unfortunately has left. Not happy with the new dentist who has ruined a tooth so I have left. Reception are lovely and always are accommodating when trying to book appointments.

   Faheem is an excellent dentist, put me at ease and my teeth look better than they have in years, Shannon was also a star very kind and caring and to top it all the receptionist was lovely too, couldn't recommend this practice more.
