   Great team. However a few improvements could be made. Firstly as someone with mobility issues. The arms on the dental chair should be there permanently. In my previous visit( 12 months ago) they were gone but in this one they had returned (2 days ago). Secondly since appointments are now annual and not 6 monthly. Communication should be improved. I got a text 48hrs before my appointment perhaps a reminder could be sent 6 months beforehand

   I cannot thank the practice enough for the fantastic service I’ve had this week: Dr Mohamed was able to see me at short notice twice in three days - and on the second occasion performed an extraction professionally, efficiently, and with great care. At every stage, he was clearly very concerned about my well-being as a whole. Incredibly impressive!

   I have just registered as a new patient and I had a great experience with the receptionist and Hamsa, the dentist. She asked me about my issues and chatted through some options for helping them. She was very good about explaining what she was doing and what my options were. I did have to wait a few months for an initial appointment but that is norm for any NHS dentist now.

   Dr. Mohamed and his team are great! The staff are super friendly and always make me feel comfortable every time I visit. Dr Mohamed is really skilled and takes the time to explain everything, which gives me a lot of confidence in his work. I always leave knowing I’m in good hands. Definitely recommend!

   I have been going to this practice for a few years and overall have had a pleasant experience, however, the dentist left and this experience wasn't as positive. When I walked in there were toddlers in the reception area and within one of the offices with a door open, it didn't feel like a clean professional space but a day care. The appointment was late even though no one seemed to leave in the time I was waiting. The check up felt very generic and rushed like they didn't care at all. I will be looking for a new dentists.

   My appointment was cancelled after me being 3 minutes late! 3minutes! While they cancel on me 3 times in past six months on the day of the schedule appointment. It use to be such a good practice and now…I’m now looking for new dentist.

   This used to be a great dental practice but sadly they have fallen into the trap of offering very limited NHS treatment. Only interested in the private treatments and the cosmetic vanity side £££££. Join if you want your appointments cancelled on a weekly basis ”due to unforeseen circumstances”

   Made an appointment that I had to cancel the same day due to stomach bug. Was given a new appointment that was cancelled because dentist went on holiday. Got a new appointment that got cancelled the day before because the dentist had left. Got a new appointment that again got cancelled. Did not call anymore to ask why and definitely will not book another appointment.

   The best dental care I have ever experienced! Dr. Sara and her assistant was Very Friendly, Professional, Caring & Courteous. We had a family appointment. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommended if your kids need a dental check up as my little ones were extremely happy! It was fun to watch them! I would highly recommend to anyone!

   I have just had my appointment rescheduled for the 5th time . Absolutely furious . Covid etc getting the blame … but their PRIVATE surgery working well and taking appointments. My son also registered with them . He has never had any care as they have rescheduled him 5 time also … where are the NHS dentist ? We know there is a problem but could they not look after the patients they have ,…disgusting.
