    I made the mistake of going to this place for a coffee. Menu from the dark ages that don't even have Flat Whites! They seem to think coffee should be served at 100 degrees celsius too! It took an HOUR before my coffee was at a temperature I could drink it. Come on guys look up how to make coffee and don't ruin the coffees in this way. There's specific temperatures to serve coffee at.

    Over priced. Rude staff. The staff handle cash, then touch food. They let food hit counter then throw it back into container to be used for next customer. Prices are very high. Staff snappy. When paying they wont show you the card reader and if you ask they get extremely annoyed

    The same order, every second day has a different price depending on who is handling the order. It is very pricey for what they offer. About 3-4 staff always however one starts the order and another charges it, no communication between them and keep asking what have you ordered, pretty badly managed and not very Lean at all, service could be streamlined. Noticed that staff handling legal tender also handled food without gloves. “hygiene left the chat”

    1 sausage sandwich 2 coffees and a bag of crisps... Shouldn't be that hard to get right should it ? 3 members of staff all managed to mess it up.. too busy talking than taking ownership of an order.. it wasn't even that busy. Arguing over a coffee size despite the menu saying Large "that's the size I always make" is not an acceptable response. Awful service, wrong orders... would rather go without food than visit here again.

    I always come here for lunch when I work in the office, It's too hard to resist a gusto wrap! You have to be quick though as they are pretty busy and if you want a full selection of different foods to eat make sure you take an early lunch

    Fantastic coffee shop with great food all freshly made , great choices of different foods...the staff are so helpful.. quite busy at lunch time , but really worth the wait..FABULOUS

    The food is alright. The thing that annoys me is the staff dont wear gloves when preparing your food I see them handling cash, using the credit card machine and then going on to butter my roll without washing their hands. Gusto manager - please be aware how much bacteria is on the average note. Please take precautions before someone gets ill from this! Because if that ever happens to me after I eat at your establishment I can guarantee I will be making complaints to the appropriate regulatory authorities.

    Service is pretty poor. Customers who have phoned orders come 1st. They don't even say sorry for your wait. 2 workers can be serving one customer. Not much left if you are there after 10 for breakfast
