   My partner and I visited this lovely cafe for breakfast on January 31st. The food was amazing, and the staff was incredibly friendly. We especially enjoyed chatting with the owner, Elaine, who ended up giving us a beautiful bouquet of flowers! Beyond just being open on New Year's Eve, they made two Canadian travelers feel truly welcome in this beautiful country. We plan to visit again soon!

   Wow. 10/10 - the level service was incredible - the girl that welcomed us and served us throughout was so bubbly, welcoming, polite, and attentive! We ordered a couple of coffees, a roll, and a cake, and all were served really quickly. We used the toilets too, which were absolutely pristine! I can’t recommend highly enough, and we’ll be back!

   I visited Paton’s Place with my girlfriend for lunch, cake, and coffee and it was amazing! The food was delicious, the coffee spot on, and the staff were super friendly. The view by the harbour made it even more special. We’ll definitely be back!

   My first visit, an unexpected find alongside the canal. Very busy at lunchtime. Although staff apologised that the freshly prepared food may take a while, we were actually served very promptly. The food was hot, delicious and beautifully served. A kiddies lunchbox an excellent idea, and we could easily take home what she didn't eat for later ! I highly recommend Paton's Place. Also the fascinating , beautiful gift shop next door ( part of the same Company) where I was welcomed with my 3 year old grand daughter. Thank you to all the hardworking, friendly staff!

   Very kind staff and delicious food! Dined in under a gazeebo so had protectiom from the rain but still had fresh cool air. Toliets are also available.
