   The staff are very friendly in this Costa. Best to go in early morning when it is quieter as it can get very busy with long queues. Decent coffee although food seems quite expensive for what you get. No complaints if you're just looking to sit with a coffee for 40 minutes or so.

   Costa at The Toll is a friendly and inviting café with a diverse crowd, from young to old. The staff are always welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere perfect for everyone. My daughter and I often visit after a library trip, enjoying a warm drink and immersing ourselves in our books.

   2 hours waiting for our order and it’s still not arrived. No contact whatsoever and the number goes straight through to an answering machine. Wouldn’t recommend at all

   One of the worst Costa shops I have ever been in. cappuccino has a nasty aftertaste. the staff are unfriendly & are more interested in talking to each other rather than serving customers
