   States opening time is 8am yet every time I stop by on my way to work in the morning it’s never open. Queues of people stood outside waiting to get their breakfast and the staff inside just shuffling about ignoring our existence. It’s the very definition of poor customer service. If your opening time is 8am you should be opened for that time.

   Good points: food and drink are good and staff are friendly. Areas for improvement: the air con is freezing and unnecessary in Scotland, and the tables could do with a wipe.

   This was a terrible experience. I was in today, and after a long queue and extreemly slow service I noticed that the hygiene standards were very low. I found out that the food had not been properly covered so germs could come onto the food. The manager was picking up the food by his bare hands. When I saw that I decided to leave. I would never come again, and I do not recommend this shop to anyone.

   I went in at 12 to get some lunch after waiting in a que finally got served only to be told there was no hot food and would have to wait 10 mins.. After standing in a que again got served only to be told the hot stuff was just going in the oven!! For another 15 mins I find this sort of service around lunch time shocking the staff were clueless wont be back since moving to a big shop the service and quality has really went down hill

   Lovely upgraded unit on the previous store, looks nice and modern. Bigger unit with the same amount of tills causing large queues. Food does the job, chicken wings are inconsistent. Staff are great, really helpful and professional Nice to see a nice unit within the avenue shopping centre attracting a younger demographic

   The speed and standard of service is terrible since it has moved to the new bigger store. Queue's are constantly out the door , and the hot breakfast food orders are regularly wrong, so check before you leave.
