Still my favorite wee cafe, still by far my favourite coffee from cafe/coffee house I have been to. Lovely and friendly staff

Sat. 08/11/25 bought a New York style Pastrami Panini and sat outside to eat it I was so pissed off I couldn't even go in tell how mad I was. Β£5.75 for 1 thin slice of PASTRAMI in which you could actually see threw it. The cheese mustard and pickles over powered the pastrami you couldn't even taste it. They should go to New York and see how a sandwich is made. I have tried giving them my business but even their coffee is so bitter sometimes I have to toss it.

I use Delricos weekly while in the office (at least once a week) and usually the food is delicious with quality ingredients used and the lentil soup is AMAZING!! Recently the prices have increased to the point of being way too expensive for what you get, a small soup with a tuna salad roll is roughly Β£6.50 but once a week is fine. This morning I went in for a roll and sausage with brown sauce…I asked for a crispy roll. When receiving the bag I was surprised how light it was and proceeded to my car, on opening the bag I found a yesterday's β€˜crispy’ roll which I knew was at least a day old if not 2, it was soft and chewy that stale taste…it definitely wasn’t fresh and the square sausage was tiny, thin and tasted cheap/fatty. It’s not what I expected from such a good place but come on it was Β£2.68 I think, at least 40p dearer than my local cafe who’s rolls & sausage are top quality and fill the roll to the sides and on a fresh Morton’s crispy roll. You can do way better Delricos!!!

Was in a couple of times last week and it was very busy which is fine but both times I noticed that phone orders were being taken while people hadn't been served yet which I didn't agree with but that's just my opinion. The food was good. Also, to the guy who left the bad review, it probably was annoying that your order was given to someone else but the staff member wasn't rude to you, you were shouting at him yelling it was a joke etc which he just disagreed with. You also made a big deal of barging past my small daughter and I to get outside to see the shop signage, presumably to leave your review, which was intimidating and unnecessary.

Stopped here for a change on the way to the airport. Menu not extensive but ample. Few seats inside with outside tables. Nice looking cakes for sale. Breakfast for Β£5.95, roll for Β£2.50. Breakfast was spot on, black pudding roll was ok. Personally I would have linked thicker slices of black pudding. Next time I would go for a double filling roll. Roll itself was really nice. Americano coffee was really good. The food is served on plates when eating in... The guys behind the counter were spot on, efficient and down to earth. One asked hubby if he wanted real cutlery as he was using wooden cutlery as we the breakfast was in a takeaway box Deffo recommend.

Overpriced, terrible service, complete struggle to make a simple sandwich, took forever, chicken tikka tasted like rotten fish, everything else tasted average and not worth the wait or the price then they lost the food they made us. Just as bad the past few times we’ve been. Shame really the place used to be really good and reasonably priced. Gone way downhill.
