I required extensive dental work and registered with Links dental practice. I’m three quarters of the way through the process and the treatment to date has been first class. Everyone from my dental surgeons Jasmine and Bethany, to the reception staff have treated me with professionalism and kindness. I was extremely nervous prior to my treatment beginning but my concerns were alleviated at my initial appointment. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Shona, the dentist, put me at ease and explained everything she was doing clearly. The examination and treatment were pain free. I was very happy with the treatment. Shona explained the next steps for me both in respect of treatment and signing up to a plan which I did. .
I could not be any happier with my new smile as I am now - all thanks to the amazing Sam and April! They both made me feel at ease throughout my appointments and it’s clear they are very passionate about what they do. It was also great having the choice to choose from the comfort menu whilst having treatment, this definitely helped a lot. Thanks again all!
This place has totally changed my mindset when it comes to going to the dentist! I can honestly say I felt ZERO pain. I am a very nervous and anxious person when it comes to the dentist, especially when it comes to needles. My dentist (Sam) and nurse (Claire) were very accommodating and respectful of my nerves and anxiety. They took things at a pace I was comfortable with, explained what they were doing and why, and made me feel relaxed. I am now getting back on top of my dental care and have regained my confidence to smile without covering my mouth.
This is one of the best dentists that I have been too. After having a few scary experiences elsewhere I'm extremely nervous about attending dental appointments but Sam was fantastic at putting my mind at ease and talking me through everything step by step. I even returned for my follow up appointment without running away. Many thanks for Sam and Claires patience and restoring my faith in coming back to the dentist. My recent visit to Links Dental Practice was a very relaxed and stress-free experience. They were able fit me in at short notice to fix my chipped tooth. Dr Jasmine Tolat and nurse Lauryn were very reassuring and accommodating, and were able to repair my tooth there and then. The process was quick, easy, and pain-free from start to finish. This is a great practice offering an excellent service with friendly staff. I visited the practice to get a filling done. I was greeted by Louise at reception who was lovely and welcoming. My dentist is Dr Sam Lockhart who was assisted by a lovely nurse called Clare. They were both calm, professional and efficient. Visiting the dentist can be a nerve-racking experience for most people but that wasn't the case at Links. Thanks to all for making it a truly pain-free and all round pleasant experience!
I've only had 2 courses of treatment so far from Jasmine but have found her to be friendly, efficient and informative. She conducts her business very professionally but with a very good 'bedside manner', thus making the patient feel relaxed and confident. A very positive experience so far with my new dentist - keep up the good work!
