   Absolute money grabbing owner. Pleasant at first. But did not advise that they were closing in 10 minutes. After ordering for 3 adults and I had a baby with me we planned on sitting for at least an hour, to enjoy our coffees and pastries. When we left I said to the young girl, "you might have told us when ordering that you were closing" her reply "that wasn't me that took the order, so it wasn't my fault" fair, but as a member of staff she could have took responsibility and apologised and passed on the feedback. Instead of telling us to "enjoy our evening and have a nice day" which came over in a really cheeky tone of voice. Having no consideration of having a baby with me and getting baby back in his pram. Before closing the door, wothbus still inside. Thrown out. Also I was told to "check the website for opening times". Who does that when they are at the door and the place is open. Crazy attitude. I definitely won't be back for average coffee and Costa pastries at inflated prices. Could do with learning some manners and staff training wouldn't go amiss. Terrible.

   * Edited after owner’s reply. Didn’t want to moan online, thought i’d leave the rating and move on, but here we are. Terrible customer service — brought back the wrong order and the girl behind the till didn’t say a word, just took the plate and walked off. Been here twice and both times the food has been poor, pretty sure the baked potatoes are microwaved, and there are flies everywhere. The owner’s rude replies to negative reviews say it all — explains the poor staff training. Mistakes happen, fair enough, but the way they handle mistakes is completely unacceptable. The basics of good business clearly don’t exist here.

   Absolutely love Coffee Boy, the coffee is perfect and the staff are all so lovely, I see them as friends now rather than staff in a shop, always make me feel so welcome! I go in most days for a Latte after the gym with a book and I could sit there all day! Great prices and atmosphere, so clean and lovely decorated too!

   Myself and my friend are always in here, whether it's for a coffee, protein bars or a quick bite to eat. The prices are very reasonable, I've never been disappointed in anything I've received when ordering. As I also go to the gym next door its very handy to have a place with great healthy options for food and they offer various protein bars/shakes. The staff have always been lovely and very welcoming too!
