   I’ve been going here for over 2 years now & can honestly say that this Starbucks never fails. Orders are always correct & prompt, I mainly use the drive thru which is always so quick compared to other Starbucks I’ve used & staff are always friendly. If I ever go inside to sit in, I find it a welcoming atmosphere and it’s usually always clean and seats available - unless it’s school term lunch time hours. I come to meet friends or even take my 1 year old & have never had any issues.

   The last 6/7 months this place has went right down hill , Always give it another chance but continue to get watered down coffee and for the price of it aswell better of making it in the house.

   Was in your coffee shop today, and my son said to one of the guys serving for a cold glass of ice water as he said to my mum is feeling unwell and she has a heart condition, the young man couldn't have been anymore help he went above and beyond. After he gave me the water he wrapped ice in a towel also he put cold wet clothes on my neck. Thank you so much for all your help it was very much appreciated. And to this young man's manager you did a great job giving him a job. The compassion this man showed me today was second to none. Thank you Nancy Pennie

   Worst Starbucks Ever. I always say I won’t go back and then think it will have improved - no. Staff rude and clearly can’t be bothered, my coffee yesterday was sweet milk - definitely nothing else had been put in it. Really wish they would get their act together

   Actually quite embarrassing how incompetent these people are. If you mobile order, the sticker prints out with the customisations already so how hard is it to read them and do your job properly? Not sure if it’s due to the franchise managers not caring about the beverage quality being handed out of their stores or what but these shops are so badly run. I need to give them a bit of credit since they are so consistently bad it’s quite impressive in a way. I’ve genuinely never got what I’ve ordered from here and I go back to give them benefit of the doubt and they manage to do it wrong all over again. I’m lucky enough to get a discount here but if I was paying full price I’d be fuming.

   Small place. Seems to be more catered for the drive thru so there aren't many seats in the place but it's a good place to go for a catch up and an extremely large cup of coffee.

   Staff weren't on the ball in terms of Customer service. 5 behind the till and still long queues on the drive through and in store. One member of staff shouted at the others to either get out their way or help on the drive through.
