Visited Costa with my daughter and son the first thing I observed was the male and female staff members had a could not be bothered attitude, ordered 2 x Lattes and 1 x decaffeinated Latte ,when the male member was making the decaffeinated Lattes he spilled two thirds of drink and instead of making a new one he topped it up with hot milk if I had wanted a glass of hot milk I would have ordered one, the Lattes where to strong and even had to buy mouthwash to get rid of the taste , when I complained to the female member and ask for new drinks she look at us as if we were something she had just wiped off her shoe , she went to the counter and came back and said there was one shot put in the Lattes was it half a shot you wanted first time I've ever been asked this in costa she then returned with fresh drinks and a shot of coffee to add ourselves effectively meaning we made our own coffee's. The two toasties we ordered one had not been properly cut meaning when I picked it up it was flapping sending filling flying, the cinnamon bun was stale and rock hard and inedible absolutely awful experience. Hire a barista costa as the staff you have do not have a clue and only be able to make a coffee if it came in a jar and was instant Use Tim hortons service better than this joke of a place

Dropped into Costa Coffee for a coffee and a bite to eat before visiting my sister's grave, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The service was incredibly slow, and the place was in a poor state of cleanliness. Dirty tables were everywhere, with full trays left scattered on surfaces, making it difficult to find a clean spot to sit. Even the counter area where sugar and stirrers are kept was cluttered with used trays, giving the whole place an unkempt and unwelcoming look. I want to make it clear that this isnβt a criticism of the staff, who were clearly working hard under tough conditions. It's obvious theyβre doing their best, but itβs unfair for them to be so overstretched. The store appears to be doing well financially, so perhaps investing in one or two extra staff members would make a huge difference, both for the customers and the team. While this might have been a one-off incident, it still left a bad impression. I hope the management takes steps to address these issues, as the current state is far from the usual standard you'd expect from Costa.

The staff in this place deserve a pay rise. The 'nothing is a problem' attitude is a breath of fresh air. In particular the 2 guys that were serving and cleaning tables, the only thing they didn't do was eat my food for me! So friendly, willing to bring food to the table and even got us extra napkins without being asked, but most of all I watched & listened to them talk to 2 separate customers of retirement age and made them feel welcome and just to ask if they needed anything.

Absolutely filthy inside! Food on the tables, floors and chairs. During my visit I never saw any staff make any attempts to clear/clean the tables. Had to wipe mines before I sat down..and I wasnβt the only customer!!

Standard Costa Coffee in Strathkelvin Retail Park in Bishopbriggs with the eponymous Costa menu of hot drinks heavily featuring coffee and a sandwich / panini / biscuits based food menu. It has a modern interior and also plentiful outdoor seating. The service was good as you would expect and the coffee was hot, refreshing and palatable.
