   I parked around the back and popped in for a coffee on my lunch, absolutely ensuring that I registered my parking at the till. I've now got a £100 fine to deal with from their parking enforcement company. The letter arrived too late for me to pay it early. I've appealed the charge but the ball is totally in their court as I can't access their records to prove that I registered the parking.

   Surly service, long wait despite us being the only customers at the counter and two members of staff working, extremely slow to make the drinks, with no indication of whether we should wait, or if it would be brought to us (in the end they were gracelessly dumped in front of us without a word). Toilets freezing and literally falling apart. Mirrors ripped off the walls. And hugely over priced too. Honestly, go to the Wetherspoons four doors down for bottomless lattes, friendly service, working loos and a better atmosphere.

   Spacious inside for seats. right on the main street and car parking located at the back. just make sure you put in you registration in to avoid a petty fine from ncp. Staff are pleasant and helpful and just add to community feel.

   Only giving 3 stars due to some unhelpful staff. Ironically the Polish staff are superior. The problem lies with the "locals". Pity. Doesn't seem to matter how many times you explain your requirement they just don't get it. The manager is great though, very fast and understanding. Please select the staff better or identify retraining areas.
