   Why does a flat white cost £0.30 more than other Starbucks? This branch is always mobbed, looks like the owners are cashing in. It’s freezing inside as well because the entrance door is always broken

   I ordered online at 7am, to ensure that I could grab my coffee and snack and just go straight to work. I gave it plenty of time before heading to the shop so it would be quick & easy. But when I got there (it was quite) my drink was not made and they never even knew about my food. Pretty disappointed

   Paid almost £6 for a cup of water and syrup. Looked nothing like the picture, was served to me the first time with none of the fruit pearls. Sent back and given a replacement with barely any pearls. Never again

   Spacious but lacking in atmosphere. The furniture felt worn and uninspired. Coffee was decent, though the pastries were overpriced for what they offered.

   - Very slow service. There was 6 people on shift but there seemed to be no coordination between them. They all kept bumping into each other and there was no clear flow like in most other Starbucks locations. It took 20 mins for 2 drinks despite minimal queue. Drinks arrived so much later my food was cold and when I asked for it be reheated I was met with an attitude. - Cleanliness was a problem. The cleanliness both around their coffee machine areas and in the seating area were subpar. There was spilled liquids everywhere. Opened milk cartons lying out with no rhyme or reason and generally no space. It was quite disgusting. The seating area was also very messy and unclear why. There were coffee beans all over the floor. - Staff were not pleasant and did not know how to provide service. For reference, I’m a regular Starbucks visitor having easily been to over 100 locations and this is up there in the worst.

   3 people serving, 1 person doing drive through and making drinks. Had to wait ages with folk behind me in the queue getting drinks well before me. Tables very untidy and dirty. Poorly organised and I have to say my most disappointing ever Starbucks visit.

   Perfect temperature of tea as I have it black and can be really scalding in some places. Lemon loaf cake was tasty and nice light sponge

   It's ridiculous when I bought ice caramel macchiato with this cup, the staff here told me this cup is only for hot drink and they only made it for me this time. This is not the first time I use this cup to buy cold drinks. I have used this cup bought in many places and they still make cold drinks for me normally. The staff here are racist I'm Asian or is that Starbucks law. If that's the law, when I bought this cup, the staff should recommend that it's only for hot drinks

   It was Sarurday afternoon. So the retail park was jumping. The car park was busy but parked outside Greggs. Starbucks was roughly half full inside. As we walked in someone was in front of us getting served. My brother ordered a couple of coffees and a cake while I found somewhere to sit. The service was good. The seating area was clean and comfortable and the soft lighting added some ambiance. The coffee was great. I didn't realise Starbucks was dog friendly. So I will definitely bring my canine companion on my next visit.

   Amazing service from a very friendly team. So helpful and happy to be working there! You don't get the same service at all Starbucks, however the level of service here and the new one in Hamilton Retail Park is above and beyond!! Extremely courteous
