   Can't get a seat as so many people with laptops take over full tables, 1 person takes up a table for 4. Very annoying when you arrive and need to leave as they have the table set up like an office desk with paper work.

   Went in and got a latte was all watery and little to no coffee, served by emily who has a horrible attitude towards customers. Wont be coming back again.

   certain staff here are HORRIBLE they treat people that work with them horribly, and when one customer gave them the slightest bit of attitude they made their coffee decaf and talked horribly about a nice girl who came in for an interview, full of mean girls who think they run it and need to get a grip of reality and act your age

   This place never seems to get it right - there’s always a mistake with the drink order; whether that be size of drink or specific instructions. I foolishly keep giving it a second chance but it’s beyond redemption for me now. The interior is always dirty - leftover food on the floor and dirty dishes left on tables for a prolonged period of time.

   This Starbucks is by far my favourite, & ive been visiting them for over 20yrs!! They staff are amazing, service is impeccable!! & they always take the time to ask you how ur day is!! Luv these guys they r the best!! So visit them @ the dalmarnock branch.

   Use this Starbucks literally every other day, best Starbucks I've ever been to, staff are all friendly, always have my order within minutes, and the best part they make the best frappucinos ever, tried other Starbucks but this one is my favourite by a mile.
