Tried 2 types of frappes today - white chocate and pistachio, and cookies and cream. Both were very watery and had no flavour. Cheese bites were decent, only reason I gave food 2 stars. Very disappointed, won't be coming back.
Worst ever experience. I was literally starving and ordered their chicken sandwich, fries and chicken tenders. Tenders crumb was so hard to chew. Bread crumbs look like expired. Ate burger without that stuffing. And i am never gonna come again.

I frequently use this location for a catch up with friends or a casual business meeting. Good breakfast. Halal chicken option available and love the sauces. My 80 year old uncle loves their coffee after doing his daily walk indoors during rainy days.
They have a good dine in and take away service. Environment is very calm and lovely. Staff is well mannnered. Quality of food is 10/10.
Tim Hortons Silverburn offers really good food, clean and hygienic seating with crews keeping a check regularly. The Single Origin Columbian Coffee is a must try for coffee lovers. The signature lattice fries were crispy and tasted amazing. I loved the grilled chicken wrap which was fresh and had the right amount of seasonings. To wrap up my meal, I got the honey cruller doughnut which was a choice I did not regret. Overall, a really good experience!
My 70 year old mother just got blood taken from the health centre across the road and its extremely cold outside, Went to get something to eat and a hot drink and was refused due to them not taking cash!? She was asked to find a stranger to pay with their card and her to give them the money.(She doesn't have a debit or credit card)
Food is generally good and well cooked other than the occasional mistaken order. The main issue is the staff are extremely slow at providing initial service and also then serving the food. Initially was pleased with the overall service but over time have become more disappointed with the service.
We had breakfast in the silverburn shopping centre from Tim Horton's for £349 each it was nice but one problem we have they not have cash payment access food very good
