    Absolutely shocking! these 2 female worker that serves you in the shop are so unfriendly and they look at you like ****. Plus! There was no sugar for my coffee and when I asked they just shrugged there shoulders like it was not there problem. I left and went to Starbucks and got a great coffee and brilliant friendly atmosphere. I WILL NEVER BE BACK AT THAT CISTA

    Enjoyed my visit. Plenty of staff behind the till. Busy atmosphere. Some seats available on Sunday at midday. Quite busy overall. Staff serving quite consistently and other staff cleaning tables as there was a people coming in frequently. Only waited 3 mins for my coffee and toastie.

    Hmm, just ok. Came here after work to get a nice coffee and was looking forward to it - wasn't asked if I wanted to sit in, barked at by the staff and definitely too expensive for a coffee in a paper cup because they were closing soon. Literally rubbish service and they didn't look like they wanted to be there. Should have gone somewhere else.

    Bit disappointed in our recent visit. My daughter and I expected more I guess from the festive selection but it was all very bland. I had an Irish cream latte with an After Eight muffin and my daughter had a chocolate orange hot chocolate with an After Eight muffin. Looked better in the buy one get one free leaflet but it was all very tasteless. So glad that we didn't play full price for it.

    Costa Coffee in good location next to Debenhams in East Kilbride shopping centre with open plan seating area giving it a smart and modern feel. It sells the usual Costa fare mainly sandwiches, biscuits, cakes, hot drinks and their variety of smoothies, the service was fine and the coffee palatable
