   Starbucks in EK is honestly one of the best! The staff are always so friendly, helpful, and welcoming — they really make a difference every time you visit. The atmosphere is nice too, really relaxed and comfortable. You can really tell the team here cares about their customers. Definitely one of the best Starbucks locations around!

   The team here are what makes this Starbucks extra special. I've actually never been a fan of Starbucks until I visited this one. Such a lovely bunch of ladies! Alexis is a ray of sunshine and knows my order before I ask. Leonie and Caitlin are cheery, chatty and helpful, they have converted me to the esresso blend and are even nice enough to grind the beans. Always a lovely place to stop, good coffee, great chat and good vibes.

   Went in for a small coffee. The younger staff member was cleaning jugs and kindly directed us to the staff member at the till. The staff member named Lorraine was talking to her friend the full time then she snippet at the younger staff member to serve us instea, disregarding us. Quite rude and should be a better role model to the younger staff members.

   Twice I've ordered and the coffee is weak compared to other Starbucks. Additionally, when ordering for delivery they are putting a sticker over only one hole on the lid so the coffee is still spilling out of the other hole en route. There's no way to contact to ask them specifically to make sure to do this as they're simply not answering the phone. Even after a refund I'm still down the service charge and delivery fee

   Every time I bring in my own cup, which perfectly fits the medium size drink, they always leave like 3 inches of space at the top. So I'm paying for a medium but consistently get a small :(

   This Starbucks is in desperate need of a makeover. It's so tired. The staff are lovely, and all the normal Starbucks fayre is on offer, but it's a terrible place to sit, no atmosphere at all!

   Food is vastly overpriced. Staff were not the friendliest and all shouted over instructions to each other while serving. This Starbucks has a horrible atmosphere in it. No windows and boring use of the space.
