   If you like average food this is the place for you.. Lunch deal carrot Coriander soup and half a cheese toasties. Carrot Coriander soup was hard to determine any real flavour..other than salt and parsley!?( stock cube overtones)half a cheese toastie was sad..but added edibility to the soup. My friends £14 louisiana chicken was chewy and the outside was soggy not crunchy.. 4 pieces in total, a few chips bbq sauce and a spoon of coleslaw.. "underwhelming"he said also.expensive for what you got. The staff were made aware of my friends issue..he had a free drink. This is the second time ive had soup here and it was similarly bland and salty last time..( how hard is it to make carrot soup taste of carrots and Coriander! Roast your carrots maybe!?) I only returned as it was his idea..I wont return again..

   Had to leave a review after seeing Lesley’s a few months back here. Sir/ma’am, why on earth are you going anywhere when you’re probably still contagious fresh off the back of norovirus?! Could’ve wiped out the whole team and thrown that mac n cheese straight back up. Partner and I have come here more than a few times, lounges are great for dietary restrictions and I’m gluten free & vegan. Staff always friendly but not overbearing about it, very casual and relaxed setting. Good food at a reasonable price point! Hope the team cackled at the aforementioned review just like my partner and I.

   I’ve been here 3 or 4 times now and everybody is always very welcoming, it’s more of an upgrade from a weatherspoons but the dishes have a little more pizazz. It’s nice to go for a brunch date or a drink before going to the cinema, the only thing I’d probably mention is the cleanliness of the tables and the menus. The tables do tend to be slightly sticky but that might just be because they have limited people on shift and haven’t been bussed in time for new arrivals as it is mainly walk ins. Other than that it has a nice atmosphere and is a chill place to go for a quick bite.

   Lovely design of the restaurant, the atmosphere was okay but could of had more lighting to make it a little brighter. There was not many staff working on behind the bar or waiting tables. The menu has a lot of selection and the prices was affordable. A nice visit to a place I’ve not tried before. Would go again

   Update again: Came here for a late lunch. There were very few staff about, and it felt even more chaotic than previously. Ordered a big veggie breakfast - which was absolutely lovely. The Mr fancied some fries, so we ordered a portion of cheesy chips. The picture attached to this review shows the "portion" that cost £3.45... I'm not an expert but that's daylight robbery. Almost felt like asking if this was a sample, and the rest would be out in a moment. Update: Bit chaotic tonight, didn't feel as if anyone was in charge... Food was good, drinks were... drinks. Still recommend here as somewhere to eat, though. Previously on Google Reviews: Things have changed, for the better, since my last review. Have been here a few times now and have really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. Teething troubles may have hampered my first visit. Seems only fair to change this now. Had an amazing meal with the hubby and a friend. There was a bit of a wait, which we were warned about and that was fine. Had some drinks and a catch up while we waited. The mountain of food we ordered turned up and there were three very happy people sat at our table. Even had some extra fried brought out as mine had been sat for a while and were "cold", they weren't but I wasn't complaining! Thank you for a Lounge experience that was above and beyond standard and simply delicious! Picture was taken once we'd started, as I had forgotten! Three Beyond Meat cheese burgers with kimchi fries, Mac and cheese and onion rings to share. Yum!

   I had a delicious cooked breakfast 4.30pm in Valeroso which has a warm, cosy atmosphere. The bacon was quality & egg & beans cooked perfectly - additionally loved the herbs with the mushrooms. This is one of the best breakfasts around, a ‘clean’, non-greasy fry up which feels that extra bit special. We were served by Olivia who was cheerful & helpful, complimenting our very enjoyable afternoon. I highly recommend Valeroso. If you are looking for somewhere with an all round excellent experience then this is the place.

   It was my first time dining with Valeroso and I can’t recommend it enough! The food this morning was amazing! Food arrive promptly and super delicious the only thing that could be improved is waiting staff being more attentive instead of having to flag them down. Thank you Valeroso food was delicious!

   We received a warm and friendly welcome as soon as we stepped inside the door. We were seated swiftly and ordered our breakfast. We decided to order at the bar as I like my eggs soft. It was smooth and quick, our drinks were made and delivered to our table and shortly after the food arrived. We were very impressed at how quickly we were served from start to finish. The food was hot, fresh and exactly as ordered. The staff were respectful, polite and friendly and couldn’t have improved on the service we received. We can’t wait to return to this little hidden gem and maybe try a dinner next time. Thank you so much to all involved.
