Pure joke of a place waited 40 mins for delivery to phone to actually be told it's not even left the shop yer 1 hr 25 mins later it showed up not even a apologie
This place was amazing @ the start. Has went downhill since opening as portion sizes have halved. Delivery times way too long & food always cold on delivery. Better to collect yourself.
We ordered from just eat 1x chicken mayo panini 1x ham and cheese panini 2x lentil soup 1x chocolate crepe With delivery this order was £18.30, and we waited an 1hr15 mins for it to arrive. This is completely unacceptable. The panini's were cold and stodgy, the cheese hadn't even been melted on the ham and cheese and the chicken mayo was cold and congeled. The lentil soup had about three inches of what looked like dirty dish water and tasted like the sea on top before the smallest bits of lentil and veg, I gagged when I tasted it. The crepe was one that you buy in packets for school lunches and was so burnt I snapped it between my fingers. For this price this is completely unacceptable, even for £10 this would have been unacceptable. I have ordered from this establishment a few times over the course of two years, in early 2017 it was great, and I wasn't even too worried about the nearly five quid delivery charge, however the past few times their dinner menu has been subpar but I decided to give them a few more chances, safe to say this was the last chance. After the last few orders being pretty bad this one was just a straight mockery of the customer. I am a trained chef and have worked in the service industry since I was a teen, this is ridiculous, and irratably so easy to fix within the reatraunt. The only redeemable thing is the girl on the phone was polite happy to give me a refund, and have a driver collect the food. Save your money, go somewhere else.
My son placed an order today. After an hour he contacted shop to find out where his order was...the shop claims it has been delivered. We have not received any food. 2hours later he is still waiting. Service is appalling. Too busy dealing with the school kids I bet.
There was about one handful of fries with the burger and the extra portion I ordered didn't have much more. The fries were soggy and cold. The burger was the most disgusting item of food. I got the linebacker burger. Soggy wet roll, freezing cold disgusting filling. I wouldn't eat it if I was paid to. Talking of getting paid, the whole order including delivery cost £15 ish and the only edible thing was the cans of juice. Trying to get hold of the place to demand someone come take this pile of trash away in exchange for my money back.
Love this place friendly staff, always making u laugh!!! great variety of food and very reasonable prices, would highly recommend.
