   I was really disappointed with my experience. I had asked to be put on the cancellation list, and when they called offering an appointment, I accepted and traveled an hour to get there. When I arrived, they told me there had been a mix-up and that my appointment was actually booked for a different day. This was entirely their mistake, yet all I received was a simple “sorry.” No offer to compensate me for my wasted time, gas, or inconvenience. Considering the time and effort I spent, the lack of accountability and customer service was very poor. I won’t be returning.

   I’m really happy with my haircut, and Yvonne was incredibly friendly. Had a very nice chat and left very satisfied. I had a lot of hair to chop off (it had been months since my last haircut before this) and she took on that challenge with no hesitation. Would recommend!

   I went in for a cut (short bob with a fringe) from one of the more senior hairdressers. Ended up with an average-quality cut which lacked attention to detail, e.g. more hair was included in the fringe on one side than on the other so now it is permanently lobsided. The atmosphere was also not great as I felt like I was in the way and just a cut to get done quickly. In the end I was also charged more than advertised online, but that might be due to prices not being up to date online and I should have confirmed the price before starting the cut so that is on me. Will try some place else next time - the price doesn't quite match the quality.
