   Went to the one next to new look. Asked for a large but got a medium (thought I paid for a large.) When I asked the girl who made it (blonde ponytail, black apron, larger frame) she pointed out it was put through as a medium. She was very rude about it even after I apologised for my mistake. Grabbed my cup and to said very cheekily “it says grande” and slammed my coffee down. I also work in hospitality and deal with similar issues everyday, there’s never a need to be rude in a situation like this. Gross

   I have been coming to this branch since 2015 ,it used to be a excellent place to spend sometime in , having a coffee,but unfortunately things have changed,neither the coffees are the same nor the staffs ,I just asked for some additional milk ,they were too rude to me,It didn't used to be like that .they have to do the coffees properly and not putting the customers in such embarrassing situation. When I was sitting on the table having my coffee which was not good at all ,they were laughing at me .,do you think it is something acceptable ?

   A busy place, a wee bit quieter after 5pms Service was excellent- not sure I’ve seen so many orders taken so quickly and queue managed so well. A great central location near the train station. Stawberries & Cream frap just what I needed on a boiling hot day!

   We stopped in to get our City Mug collection mugs and they were plentiful. There was plenty of seating and the order line moved quickly. The place had adequate space and was relatively clean. A great place to relax and people watch.

   Very nice Starbucks. Kept very clean. Put in my order, was standing for 10minutes waiting. asked one the barista about my order, she didn't have it, apparently it never printed out the order, but it had gone through on my app, so she made my order up there and then. Very friendly and nice staff. Will definitely be back if I'm in that area of Glasgow again

   Nice drinks but our drinks were put in take away cups and when asked if we can have them to sit in instead the man behind the counter rudely commented ‘ well I’m going to be a member of staff down and I’m closing within the hour’ I said we would only be 10-15 minutes (despite them still having an hour till close) and they did change it over but it all seemed like a lot of effort and we want made to feel welcome at all. Place itself was quite dirty

   I have been here a few times and most of the time the service is fast and professional. It is remember just a sandwich, cake or coffee but at times staff had forgot to make my order or forgot my sandwich is toasting. The shop is always clean and tidy!
