I would read the majority of poor reviews here,these visitors are not wrong! Staff are rude, customer service just doesn't exist,food is extremely poor quality,you might be lucky to get what's on the menu depends what time you go in but 1:30 in the afternoon you would expect at least a panni to be available? Morrisons I would seriously have a rethink here!
Paid 30 odd quid and the breakfast had stuff missing on delivery and the drinks ordered never came utter disgrace
Been here twice in the last couple of weeks. This will be the last. Both times the service has been shocking. This time we stood for 5 minutes before anyone even appeared to take the order. Then waited 50 mins for the breakfast. I was then brought the wrong breakfast and told they did not have what I ordered. Just got my money back and left. Waste of time. Save yourself the hassle, go to the cafe in the Denny tank museum. Food is better and the service is much better.
Self order machine sucks - still queuing. Morrisons cutting back on manpower and aiding the ‘great reset’ fiasco. Make your own tea and coffee despite the prices. Do they want us to cook our own breakfast next time?
Had breakfast as it was reduced to half price. It was piping hot. Service was good. Did not have to wait to long even as it was quite busy. Great value for money.
Was travelling to Helensburgh for the day .Popped in for something to eat on our way .Absaloutley shocked by service here No hand sanitizer in pumps Placed order at machine and paid..Then told had to wait 25 mins Tables were filthy my sweater sleeve actually got marked after sticking to dirty table .No cutlery or napkins .After asking got cutlery but no napkin .Food eventually came after wait and was cold. Young man was walking about doing nothing .Went to get cappuccino No milk in machine .I might have understood if place was busy but wasn't. I've visited many morrisons cafes through the years and this was definitely the worst .Wont be retuning .I've enclosed a picture of one of the so called clean cups at coffee machine Absaloutley disgusting. Had a pretty decent Christmas lunch here today. You get 2 courses for £6.50!! Ok, it's not high class dining, but for the price it's fantastic. The prawn cocktail was great, and the turkey Christmas lunch was pretty good. Outstanding value for money.
