Paid £300 for a weave, which wasn’t the same colour as my hair. Returned to have a toner put on it to try to fix it but it was still a different colour. Ended up taking it out myself. Hair was poor quality too.

I absolutely love this salon. Amy does an amazing job of colouring and cutting my hair - always delighted. Elle shellacs my nails to perfection too. Really talented and friendly staff, lovely friendly salon. Can't fault it and would highly recommend.

My daughter came in with her friend today to get her nails done and came home with 3 cut fingers and a quality quite poor, all nails have different lengths and poor finish! I wouldn't use this Nail Bar, as whilst there my daughter overheard the assistant saying I don't know why I'm doing this as I can't do nails!! If this was the case your staff member should have said sorry I can't do nails and she would have waited until a qualified person was able to assist or leave to go elsewhere!! Poor customer service and no apology upon cutting my daughters finger's!! I support local small businesses....but not ones that have poor or zero customer service!!
Very arrogant young girl but u can tell by looking at her mother and listening to the way she speaks to the general public for instance I was walking past when I heard her mother complaining about a delivery driver delivering goods to the shop next to her,s say that he was very cheeky and arrogant and wouldn't move his truck to let her out when actually she never asked the man to move at all she just when straight into the other shop and started complaining that she can't get her car out so the shop owner said to the deliveryman could he let her out and without any hesitation the man moved his truck to let her out and never said a word about it so in my eyes she is only nice to you when you are giving her money stupid little girl savility costs nothing and you can only expect to get treated the way that you treat others
