   After a bad experience at a previous hairdressers it was refreshing to feel that Amanda both listened to, and understood my particular requirements. I was really happy with the level of service I received, from the moment I walked in to leaving, and most importantly my hair looks and feels great. And the fact that I get a free follow up undercut appointment when I'll require it is an added bonus. I can definitely recommend Muse Hair, it will definitely be my hairdressers going forward.

   Asked for balayage with the head of the salon, got given highlights with no dimension which grew out immediately with a solid block root! Basically the opposite of what a balayage is. Reached out on Instagram to get it fixed but got no reply. Spent a long time researching and went here based on good reviews but I cannot recommend it to anyone wanting experienced hairdressers who know how to do balayage. Have attached photo (before getting fixed at another salon).

   I cannot say enough good things about Muse. I have long thick hair and have spent decades trying to manage the balance of health and colour. This is the first place I have been where this is their core philosophy. My hair is now healthy, beautifully coloured and the cuts they done for me are creative and elegant. Go to Muse, you will not go anywhere else again!

   Really superb service; friendly, relaxed and… must important of all… an amazing cut and blow dry. I had a bit of a restyle and was made to feel confident and in control at every stage (sometimes getting a new style can be an angst ridden experience!). I Can’t recommend Scott enough; he’s passionate about his work and cares tremendously about his customers and is highly skilled! The whole atmosphere at Muse is fab; really contemporary, but without feeling intimidating like some other salons. Great all-round experience!

   I‘ve previously had issues with going to the hairdresser after having stylists commenting on my thick hair and hacking it away with thinning scissors. But yesterday’s appointment with Eden put me at ease thanks to her warm personality coupled with incredible attention to detail!She listened to my concerns and reassured me, fully explaining her vision and tailoring the cut to my needs. I felt a boost of confidence when I left the salon and will definitely return back - Anna

   100% recommend. Scott was really warm and reassuring and talked me through all the steps and every product he was using. I went in for a trim, but I also had cut my own layers and had been a little self conscious about them and wanted them better blended. Scott looked them over and said my work wasn't bad at all and jokingly offered me a job! After my visit I couldn't feel better about my hair. Moral of the story, definitely look no further for a better salon.

   Friendly, welcoming, great cut from Eden, cute dog wandering about! Highly recommend. When I mentioned I was due to have a baby very soon she knew her stuff about how pregnancy might affect my hair and how to handle that, was very impressed. Always an excellent experience at Muse.
