   We have been served with best coffee beans and service by Copper Black Coffee. One day our machine was out of order, and Garry helped us to get an engineer even in the weekend. The issue had been solved quickly and saved us a busy Saturday. Really recommend, as they are professional and responsible!

   Great service from start to finish. Coffee/supplies come ontime and order is always correct. Quality of coffee is 2nd to none. Gary (owner) is always at the other end of the phone if you need anything. Helped us out massively when we setup our coffee shop and we will never forget that. Keep up the amazing work

   I have a bit to say here, so I'll try and keep it interesting and very honest! Gary - nicer and more genuine guy you will struggle to find. His team - efficient, polite and very professional. Coffee - one of the best on the market, and we tried a lot in the decision making process! Hot chocolate - sublime. The machine - beautiful to look at, works effortlessly and is extremely easy to use and clean. Costs - we give this to our clients complimentary so this is a very important factor, and it is extremely good value for money. The feedback has been amazing, not one bad comment...in fact the opposite! Company branded high quality porcelain crockery is beautifully made and very strong, especially for a commercial environment. I own and run a very busy hair salon in East Kilbride, so quality and support is very important to us when deciding which suppliers to go into business with. Last night, Friday 26th April, we called Gary at 5.45pm as one of the internal pipes had sprung a leak, our fault I think. We are going through between 80-120 cups a week, so to not offer it to our clients would be disappointing. I didn't even have to say this out loud. Gary was onsite within 30 mins, left and returned 45 mins later and resolved the problem. On a Friday night! Their customer service, technical support and integrity is of the absolute highest. I genuinely cannot fault this firm in any way. We deal with a lot of suppliers and if everyone operated the way Copper Black do my days would run a hell of a lot smoother. If you are looking for a coffee supplier...these are the guys!

   Can't recommend this company highly enough. We chose Copper Black after researching the market and can honestly say their service, knowledge and communication is without doubt some of the best we've ever had. We were looking to replace our existing supplier with someone more reactive and customer focused and the difference we've experienced is fantastic. Gary and his team are a pleasure to deal with. The coffee tastes great and both our staff and clients regularly comment on how much they enjoy it. If you're looking for a coffee and machine supplier like we were, look no further.
