   I’ve been going to see Peter since the salon opened and love it there, and would suggest them to anyone. I always come away feeling great about my hair but also myself. But today I had an amazing chat with Peter about the work they are doing to improve peoples scalps and their passion to help women going through perimenopause and menopause. Peter said someone close to him started going through this and he made it their mission to learn all they could. I’ve also seen the amount they learn about a product before bringing it into the salon and how important it is to them that they only suggest natural products. To see how much they care about their clients health and wellbeing, legit makes me emotional. 5 stars isn’t enough? They go above and far beyond.

   Before coming to see Ava at Peter James I seriously neglected my hair and its care. It was always so long unhealthy. I always struggled going in to salons being neurodivergent, however that is all left at the door when I come in. Ava always talks me through everything she does, helping me retain that knowledge and take care of my scalp and hair. All of the team are so lovely and all make an effort to come and say hello to me when I come, and a special mention to Oli and Zowie who helped care for me and cut 12 inches off my hair with Ava. My confidence in myself has reached so much further than I thought it ever would and that is down to you guys, so thank you so much.

   I cannot recommend this place enough ! Ava is an incredible stylist, who really helped recover my dry hair and make me feel pretty ! Plus, we always had wonderful chats. The atmosphere is super welcoming, and I often spoke to other members of the team while i was there who are also all lovely!

   I had the best experience at PeterJames! The staff is super lovely and highly experienced! they really listened to what i wanted and delivered the best results! i will forever be grateful to both James and Peter for how well they took care of my hair! and lastly, the range of products they use is the of the best quality and they’re so good at advising and explaining what’s best to use! will be coming back!

   I know a few people who go to PeterJames and their hair always looks fabulous so I thought I would try too after having a disaster! From the min I worked in for my patch test I felt welcome (so did my daughter who loved the dogs!) James and I talked over what we could do and where I wanted to be (was dark brown/grey! And wanted blonde) he explained it would take a few appointments which I was absolutely fine with as he was so honest.. he booked me in with Peter for the following week and again, Peter went over and explained everything to me, he advised on products etc and I left feeling amazing and had a nice Colour after getting highlights.. unfortunately I was really unwell between my appointments and in and out of hospital but I kept in touch and Peter even sent my products I had ordered to my parents house where I was staying for a bit. I am just home from my second appointment and my hair looks and feels fantastic, the colour is amazing and I cannot believe the shine (I’ve never had a shine when having blonde hair before!) just arranged to go out with my friend tonight as I feel so much more confident!! Got my next three appointments booked in too! Thank you again to all at PeterJames for making me feel so welcome and valued, lovely owners, amazing staff and fantastic salon xx

   Just had my hair done at PeterJames for the very first time. Went there on recommendation from my daughter. What can I say- I absolutely love my new cut and colour from James. The salon is spacious and modern, the staff are super welcoming and friendly and the 2 wee pups make the experience all the more enjoyable!! Would highly recommend and it will most definitely be my salon of choice from now on!
