   The girl serving me was rude. Didn't know the words please and thanks, yawned wide open in my face, and then sighed. Toasty was cold. Drink was boiling and undrinkable for about 15 mins.

   Service fine, but not overly friendly. Their cups are the thing that really put me off though. The cups smell foosty. It was their Christmas cups. So maybe they’ve been stored in a smelly cupboard out back but it is really off putting, I ended up binning mine and not drinking it.

   Can’t comment on the food as didn’t eat, however the service and drinks I received were great. Whilst travelling with my elderly gran we went to Starbucks at arrivals where we got two drinks, but for me it was the service that stuck out as the staff went above and beyond to help me get my gran ready/ helped us with our bags and pointed us in the direction of security. I didn’t get a chance to catch both staffs names but one of the girls I’m sure was called Ava and I just wanted to say thank you for not only serving great drinks but also going above and beyond for me and my Gran. Thank you again.

   All the team members needs to be trained how to provide basic customer service attitude. Disgusting behaviour. If they don't like their job they shouldn't be working there. Management must look at the service standards. Looks like there is no one to observe. No cups for coffee, no plate for food. Rude attitude when you ask for plate for your food. Looks like you are there for a free charity meal. It's not first time
