   The hobgoblin is worth a visit just for the burgers! We love it because of the friendly staff and the warm atmosphere inside. The most welcoming pub in Bristol, you will miss it when you leave. Bonus point for the heated outdoor area. The drinks are quite expensive though, nonetheless I always find it to be worth the money

   Been here twice in the last 3 weeks for burgers with a group of friends. One Friend described his burger as the best he's had! I had the goats cheese and caramel burger which was excellent. All burgers come with a decent portion of chips and the price is very good only costing £12.45 for cheese burger. Definitely recommend

   Good service, great choice of burgers, and tasty food. There were surprisingly few people in on a Friday night with the exception of one very loud group. Overall, very poor comfort. Chairs were so uncomfortable, you'll either be sat on wooden; pews, benches or thin chairs and I couldn't even get my legs under the table as the table was too low.

   Great burger and fries. This is very busy so don't expect the food to be quick, but it's worth the wait. Staff are efficient and friendly, and really good at controlling a very hectic environment, making sure that all reservations are possible. You will probably need a reservation!

   Popped in for some lunch with friends after they recommended the burgers. Turns out they were spot on. Delicious burgers and dirty fries that should come with a health warning. Perfect fayre for a wicked lunch!

   The dirty dirty fries are truly outrageous. We shared a portion and one burger between two and it was way too much! Excellent value and worth the wait (food took about an hour but we were warned at the point we ordered, so this was absolutely fine with us). We will be back!

   every time i've came the staff and the food have been amazing - I visited again on Thursday and they all really went above and beyond, I felt so welcomed and at ease (Buffalo wings and the the Mutha Clucker pictured below. The sauces always hit the mark too)
