   I have curly hair and very clearly explained that I wanted a shoulder-length cut so that, with a baby due in a couple of weeks, it would be easy to dry and tie back. I specifically pointed out that my curls bounce up a lot after cutting and that the final length needed to still be at my shoulders. the stylist understood my instructions but ignored while doing the haircut. The haircut I got (even blow-dried) sits around my chin. My hair is now far too short, I can’t tie it back at all, and it’s the exact opposite of what I asked for and needed. The stylist understood the mistake she made and apologized but it was too late, it is not what I want. I do not recommend this salon to anyone, especially if you have curly hair or clear requirements you expect to be listened to. I chose this place only because it’s close to home and had appointments available on Treatwell. After this experience, it’s very clear to me why there were so many free slots.I’m extremely disappointed and feel let down at a time when I really needed something practical and simple.

   Have never been to this salon but wouldn't go or recommend any one to go judging on a phone call I had with a man named Gary today. I phoned early this afternoon & got a lady who was very helpful however when I phoned back to confirm the appointment I unfortunately spoke to Gary. When I asked him to confirm the price, he quoted me more than the website & when I questioned this, asked me the prices I'd seen. He said they just do a set price now & when I said perhaps the website should be updated to reflect this he became very defensive! No apology for the prices being incorrect, he simply said "You asked for the price & I told you" Not impressive customer service at all.

   I’m sorry but I asked for dark blonde when I came in and now my hair is dark Brown the woman said that she would darken it so it faded but my hair is litrally dakr brown, I’m not happy with the colour at all, even if it does fade I even said I didn’t want it brown or darker then brown so idk what to do my hair is ginger in the sunlight too I have anxiety saying no to people so that’s why I never said anything while I was their

   Had a great cut and colour from John, who completed his apprenticeship here and is obviously enjoying the work he does. I came in with an idea of what I wanted, and he very skillfully worked with me to achieve a result even better than I had visualised. This was at nearly half the price of other high rated salons. Thanks John! Will add updated pics with recent colour additions soon ☺️
