   I went in with my cousin for a night out the girls behind the bar where lovely but the guy on the door didn't what to be there when I spoke to him I was ignored it was if I was invisible I work in bars and I would never ignore my customer's he's in the wrong job don't know if Alex still has this place but I will tell him all about it.

   I went there tonight with some friends and because I was talking loudly ( I am deaf not fully but I find it very difficult to hear and with hearing aids it is better but in a room blasting with music I still find my self shouting as it’s hard to hear) they kicked me out for shouting. I explained I was bad at hearing due to being half deaf basically. They told me to leave that they didn’t care the also told me go ahead call the police we don’t care after I explained that is was discrimination the man then laughed at me. Then then said I could come back in then when I went to the door the bouncer shut it in my face and said I don’t care and to go away but in a bad way!! Absolutely disgusting behaviour!!

   Absolutely disgraceful the place is disgusting chewing gum stuck to the floor and all sorts the bouncers also kicked out a poor deaf lassie infront of everyone then laughed at the poor lassie. Disgraceful staff !!!

   Discrimination against the deaf!!! After my pal talked loudly they kicked them out even though they explained the lassie was half deaf and couldn’t hear well. The place is supposed to be a night club but kick people out for talking loudly.

   Refused to let my pal in because she was deaf. She shouts every now and then due to not being able to hear correctly. The bouncers kicked us out even though we explained she was deaf they laughed at us and didn’t seem to care. Complete discrimination against the deaf. Total crap whole

   I was at a New Year's Eve party. Everything is nice, music, service at the highest level. Unfortunately, the owner turned out to be stingy, he introduced an unpleasant atmosphere. I understand everything, I adapted to the rules in this place, but unfortunately the owner was disgusted and I can not express a positive opinion. Prices from space for a basic bottle of vodka you have to pay over 100 pounds, let's face it, this is a bit of an exaggeration at the moment. Regards

   My experience was not great. I booked the Gold package for a communion. On the day people were really helpful and nice although i was not happy about the DJ having 3 beers at a Kids party. The problems started when i asked for the photo booth photos. They told me that there internet was broken and asked me to bring a USB a few days later they posted on their facebook page many other parties photos but not ours. When i confronted them i was told that i they didnt have them, and because they helped my disabled daughter with baloons i should be happy. They then said i didnt take any photos which was also untrue. So no photos of my daughters communion. Package looks great but its not. Do not book a party here its not the cleaniest but i was willing to overlook that for the price, and they probably will delete your photos from the photobooth and make up an excuse that you didnt take any.
