   I had ordered buttermilk chicken burger with blue cheese sauce on the side through just eat and it never arrived and was on the phone to the staff about the order and they were really helpful trying to get a hold of the delivery doosh head who never arrived to pick up the order. Any way I turned up in person tonight and went tonight and mentioned my name and the bar man Callum said oh you are the person who ordered buttermilk cheese bilurger and no delivery turned up to deliver it to you. He was soo kind to me and provided me 3 star service by taken me to nearest free table and chair to sit at after had ordered buttermilk burger with blue cheese. And brought the order to my table and also came round to ask how was your burger and I said cleaned it off slate as it was delicious and the service was superb. Highly recommend this place great vibe and really friendly staffs

   Great venue, staff are really friendly and attentive asking if we needed any help ordering or anything else. Drinks are the usual BrewDog drinks so great quality and a good price. Really fun atmosphere and great place to chill out

   Excellent beer, as always, in a BrewDog bar. Food was also excellent with great portion sizes. BrewDog burgers are amongst the best around and the specials are always original and really tasty. Love eating and drinking in BrewDog Kelvingrove, which has a great atmosphere. Choice of music is always great and the staff know beer very well. Tasting any of the beers on tap is welcomed

   Enjoyable lunch at a beautiful place right across from Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum. Came in to find my table was occupied. Funny exchange with the other guests but card was out on table saying there was a booking with my name. The staff dealt with it and I had my table. Had the vegan beef and bacon cheese burger. Honestly it was insane. It tastes identical to the meat burger. Had to second take it that it wasn't a mistake. Had a pint of Wingman pale ale. Also had another draught as well. The new lunch club menu is terrific value for money given the west end location.

   Ross was amazing. Made us really comfortable. I was having lunch with my 10 year old son. Restaurant was full and we sat at the bar. Great experience and will definitely be back. Service with a smile ☺️

   Despite being sceptical of the brand itself this was a really great experience. The berry and apple sour beer was tart and fizzy. The buffalo loaded fries were fairly priced and absolutely delicious. The drink options are really a step above its tap room rivals. You can get flights to try a few different varieties and try before you buy. Was pleasing to read that store profits are shared with the in branch staff. Exceptional service witnessed and received on my visit. Very welcoming and patient with their customers. A great hang out for any beer lovers

   When here for lunch after a visit to the nearby University of Glasgow. Had the Cluck Norris and the Patriot. Both burgers were very delicious, prepared with good quality ingredients. The staff were very pleasant and made us feel at home. I highly recommend this place if you're in the area. There's also the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum right opposite.

   A smaller bar than its sister pub in Glasgow but it’s very nice and bright inside. Directly across the road from the art gallery and museum. Really good selection of food and drink. Once you get settled, you don’t want to leave.
