    Would have rated 0 stars if possible. The worst hair experience I have ever had. I trusted this brand's location due to Medusa's emphasis on training and inclusivity on diverse hair types. The stylist was unhelpful and rude, and did not apologize after ruining a hair cut I have had for years. I frequent other locations where the service and the stylists are exceptional.

    My first time at Medusa - i've only recently moved here and was looking for a salon to keep returning to and i've finally found it. I am very specific about what I want done to my hair and it usually isn't done as well as i'd like. But Chloe was amazing - she listened and delivered above and beyond my expectations. My hair looks better than it ever has and the products she used are exactly what my hair needed. The salon is clean, pretty and even the hair washing experience was dreamy with the extra scalp massage during conditioning. I'm so happy to have found a salon I can't wait to keep returning to.
