   Fantastic music and atmosphere. We were warmly welcomed into this local pub. Bar staff couldn’t accommodate us any better, they actually found us a table that suited our needs(mobility is an issue). The pub also welcomes pets which is a bonus to some, but not us.

   Avoid as the staff in here is absolutely shocking there customer service is diabolical. The one in charge of the bar is a laugh.was in on Saturday night the 5th July 2025 and the person in charge should be sacked her customer service is absolutely awful. I work for trading standards and was in there to monitor customer service and was disappointed to say the least.

   Nice wee pub. Karaoke was on and my friend sang a song. Nice to be given the chance as often it's the same people week after week! Downside was that the drinks measure is 25mls. We like 35mls. Got doubles but was not enjoyable.

   Had a great time here. The DJ who done my niece's 21st was fantastic. He encouraged ppl to join him to dance. Unfortunately due to the short time from arranging the party was only a few wks. So there was not as guests as expected. But the was a few of us who went into bar and had a great time with the regular customers. I will definitely be going back for karaoke night and just to have a night out with a friend or 2. The staff were very friendly and its was a great atmosphere.

   Love this bar , I live locally and the service is fantastic from the girls , the grumpy old man behind the bar is to be questioned, locals are a little lets say territorial, and don't ever count on closing times they usually close early if its a week day ..save you trenching out qnd getting soaked

   Love the burgh bar, I move over from Northern Ireland and made me feel so welcome. The staff have help me so much in the pass 8 years I been i have move over and have made long life friends. Should have made this review years ago. So hopefully it helps others and great craic and good.
