   Excellent customer service. Very friendly staff. They're experts in their craft. Very nice, hotel lobby-like interior design. Very comfortable.Prior to these guys I'd been looking around for the right barber. I've settled down with these guys. l go for recurring appointments with Dan. He also gives me tips on styling my hair at home. I'll sometimes go in with a style that I saw on the Internet and he makes it happen. Everyone of the staff are great guys usually we have a good chat whenever I go in for an appointment. Student prices are available at very decent discount rates.

   Great haircut, top quality chat from a really nice Aberdonian guy (from the Shire) and great advice on which products to use. Was offered a coffee too. Very reasonably priced so I left a good tip, in addition. Minus one star only because my original appointment was cancelled (late on the day) due to staff absence, so had to hang around for another hour beforehand.

   Absolutely amazing service. The whole team was friendly and welcoming. I got my hair cut by Dan Wilson. He was very patient and very detailed with the trimming.I left with some good suggestions for how I could style and take care of my hair better. He certainly knows what he is doing and is brilliant at it.

   The quality of cut and customer service was absolutely brilliant at Sovereign. From the moment I walked in, to the moment I left - the team were incredibly friendly and clearly, high-quality customer service is important here. Troy cut my hair for the first time on this occasion and I was delighted with the results. He took his time to discuss everything with me, and did an amazing job and was really friendly throughout. I was most impressed by how alert the guys were to the small touches that sometimes go amiss at other shops. I will certainly be back and i've already recommended Sovereign to my friends.
