Excellent family friendly campsite, super friendly and polite staff, clean shower/toilet facilities, superb cafe, food was really good and value for money. Swimming pool was great nice and cool although you do have to book, which is understandable and logical to prevent overcrowding. Will definitely visit again.

Really nice site in a great location. Lots of water and chemical waste disposal points. The grounds are beautiful and really well maintained. Toilets and showers were very clean and nice hot water in the shower. We didn't try the cafe or food but the pizzas that we say being taken away looked lovely. My only suggestions for improvement would be Pool - the pool area is looking quite tired and dated so some investment here is needed. I would also like to see maybe the first hour or last hour of the pool opening times to be for adults only who actually want to swim. The pool is full of children playing which is nice to see but means those who want to swim can't. A couple of site rules didn't seem to be enforced mainly cars on pitches and quiet hours past 10pm. I personally don't mind noise until 10:30pm but if you have site rules they need to be enforced otherwise it's pointless having them. Having said this, we will certainly be back and can't wait for our next visit.

We chose this site to test out our new van, and it was perfect. Well maintained, good facilities and amazing for children to roam free and make friends. The staff were welcoming and managed to squeeze us in for the night even though pitch up etc showed no availability. We will definitely be back.

Stayed for a late weekend (October) obviously really quite at that time of the year. We'll be back hopefully in warmer weather to make use of the pool.

Booked this site via Pitchup for our main holiday this year. We unfortunately had to rearrange due to work commitments but the staff were really understanding and I was able to rebook for end of August over the bank holiday. Wow!! What an amazing little gem this is. Kids play areas. A pool. Games room. A hangout and plenty of running space for all the children. We took our twin axle and was pitched on 11 next to the small roundabout upon entry. The pitched are very spacious with plenty of room for awnings and gazebos. The staff were very welcoming on arrival and let us know plenty of information regarding the site. The site is very clean and tidy with wardens round throughout the day. The cafe is real bonus and the shop is great for essentials and slushies!! The pool is amazing and on a hot day always a welcome treat my boys loved it. Great location and plenty of things to do around the local area. Hands down one of the best caravan holidays we have ever been on and we will certainly be returning in the future!

First time here and it was great. Decent sized pitches, everyone stuck to the 11pm no noise rule. The facilities were clean and inviting. The pool was lovely and warm. Kids loved scooting about and playing tennis. Great place to pitch def coming back.

Nice site but probably better for caravans rather than tents. It was great to have an outdoor pool even though time in it was very limited and had to be pre-booked. Our tent pitch felt like being camped next to a car park and the only view was several rows of caravans so not exactly an idyllic setting! Some other pitches did look a bit better so may be worth exploring the map and speaking to them before booking. That said, the site is very well kept with really good and exceptionally clean facilities. The pizzas in the on-site cafe were really good but too expensive!
