   The gents that took my order, answered my questions, put my mind at ease, and most of all went over and above from the moment I walked upstairs to the bike area to the moment I left deserve a bonus, promotion or similar because they were incredible at what they do in their role. There were two gents in particular I dealt with which I regrettably never got the names of, but also the other 3 employees who while in store helped us also cannot be flawed.

   Took my sons bike in for a service and was lucky enough to get a man named Derek. He was so welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable not just about the bike but also deals within the store. If in again I will definitely be asking for him. Bike got sorted at a very good price and quickly as well. Great service.

   Needed a bulb changed for my registration plate and was helped out by an absolute gentleman, Archie. As a new driver to the road he was extremely helpful, advised me on various different things, carried out a car check for me which resulted in me being able to leave with a few more items at a discounted price, so overall I was very happy with this service. Highly recommended.

   Visited Halfords as bulb out headlight. Served by Archie, a very helpful and lovely gentleman. He changed both bulbs to brighter ones and even filled my screen wash when I bought some. He went above and beyond. He deserves a raise and a huge pat on the back. Thank you Archie. X

   Went to halfords at Cumbernauld this morning and the 2 guys couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Honestly went above and beyond. Trying to get roof bars for my car last minute and I needed 3 separate parts. Only had 2 in store so helped me order online but when it came up for collection next week, they phoned round other stores to see if they had them in stock today and got them put aside in my name so that I could collect today. Amazing job and great start to our wee holiday. Thank you so much for your help x
