   Explained I needed a full replacement wing mirror, they sold me just a pane of glass with some sticky back plastic for £9. Ordered full replacement online for less than that. Unhelpful and clearly don't listen to what's required...

   Called into store today & experienced extremely poor customer service. Basically staff prefer to answer incoming calls than acknowledge or serve customers who have been standing waiting. Best option is to visit Halfords in Hamilton where at least you are acknowledged & served by friendly staff.
