   got my wheel alignment done here and they charged me £48, but the steering wheel was not properly centered. When I went back, they tried to add more jobs instead of fixing the issue I requested. My car drives straight and smooth, but the steering wheel was still off-center — they did not fulfill the job I came for. I then went to D & G Autocare Livingston, where they fixed it in 30 minutes for just £30, perfectly centering the steering wheel without any suspension work. Airdrie Auto Solutions seems more focused on selling unnecessary jobs rather than completing the work. Not recommended.

   Had my brakes done here around 5 months ago, and the caliper had been put on wrong according to the garage I had to find in Ayr (when on a trip) the flexi had been left rubbing against the frame and it wore away, dumping brake fluid from the system, and leaving me stranded with no brakes

   First time customer, I had my car in for the brakes squealing as I knew they were needing done . Front and back brake pads done . Guys said I needed 2 rear tyres which I knew about and included them in the price and work was done the same day it was booked in. Very reasonable price and will definitely use again as I need a service shortly guys I'll let you know when.

   The guys here were fantastic! My son didn't realise that his MOT had expired on his wee 208 (new driver) and these guys got him in the next morning (despite not having an appointment for another 4 days) and fit him in. Just gained customers for life. Very reasonable, few advisories and gave him good advice on pick up. Thank you!!

   Fantastic garage! Highly recommended! I run a small vehicle transport company and when my tow car decided to die in Glasgow, Airdrie Auto Solutions got me back on the road within 6 hours! Can't fault the lads! Super helpful and really got me out of a tough situation 5 days before Christmas! Top Notch!

   I had my car booked in for a service and MOT when I turned up after eating almost 1 hour with a child with me they never turned up so when I called them they were rude told me that they were closed and wouldn’t be open until at least the following Monday. They said they called customers to tell them which I never received a call and another customer was also waiting who had not been informed. My family have been loyal customers to the garage and not 1 of us 5 will be back near this garage. Totally shameful and down right disgusting way to treat your customers

   Have used AAS for 10 years - BMW, Audi and now Mercedes being serviced as well as any repairs, tyres, maintenance and MOTs. My daughter has recently passed her test and wouldn’t send her to any other garage. They sorted major electrical issue on my Audi a few years ago and had me back on road in no time. Great service, communication, fantastic prices. Lovely guys - professional and always go the extra mile.

   The worst customer experience ever! Had 2 fuel injectors fitted at cost of £1100, car was returned on 6 occasions coupled with garage damaging rocker cover then attempting to conceal it. Fuel injectors had to be replaced 2 months later as they were faulty. The garage hadn’t even programmed the injectors into car! Returned to garage on 22/11/21 when I should have received refund for faulty goods under consumer law. Still waiting on refund of over £1800 due to refund of costs for fuel injectors, costs to repair damage they tried to conceal and £24 which they charged us to say we didn’t have an oil leak when they knew I had as they had created it! had to open case with motor ombudsman! Owners have completely messed us about and I’ve had to report incident to police for false allegations. Which was put in writing! I have evidence to corroborate my review.DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE I have just read your response you are incredible, your manager threatened me with violence and you then put in writing I had assaulted a member of your staff and you have video evidence which is fictitious. That’s why I reported you to the police John Prendergast, it’s abhorrent to accuse a customer of this! You have now put out in public false allegations which is defamation of character! This will be dealt with accordingly. I have written evidence from you to say we have been more than reasonable with you throughout the process which again contradicts what you have falsely written here! That seems to be your trait, to refer to my solicitor as uncle Brian really highlights your mentality, respect and professionalism! The public aren’t silly! You should have refunded the money on the 22/11/21 when we returned the faulty goods. Under consumer act that’s what you are meant to do! If I have made up false stuff I would encourage you to sue me, you won’t as you know everything posted here is factually correct which I have evidence to substantiate this! This should have been dealt with in a professional way, by the way I am the customer it’s both our car! Just to correct you yet again! The public aren’t silly trying to deflect attention from the fact the service we’ve received to date is appalling! Pay us what you owe us, I will continue to notify the public and your customers in your other businesses of you and your shambolic standards! This is in the public interests! DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE

   Excellent service at a reasonable price! Went in for MOT and from start to finish Alex in particular was friendly and welcoming. Everything was done quickly and they gave me a real mug of coffee (not a horrible machine/paper cup) and made sure I was comfortable while I waited. I'm afraid I don't remember the mechanic's name (sry!) but he was also really friendly and knowledgeable. I'm very happy to recommend Airdrie Auto Solutions and tho they are not as close as other garages near me I will definitely be taking my car to them in the future.
