Great location with an exquisite view of North Wales from the Wirral. Free from 7pm. Highly recommended from a stroll and walk on the beach during the sunset. You can access the beach via a path with stairs at the end of Station road.

Lovely place for walking. Great views over to Wales. Plenty of parking at around £1 an hour. Cafe, toilets and bike hire at the visitor centre. Now part of the King Charles III coastal path, the route is well marked. There's a few options, along the beach, up on the cliffs or along the Wirral Way itself. If you're lucky, you can forage for samphire on the beach or blackberries up on the path

Pleasant walk with the dogs on a sunny evening. Exceptional views and easy walking paths to follow. There are steep steps.leading down from the cliffs to the beach. Everyone was very friendly. There is a bbq station with a couple of brick pits near the entrance, quite a bit of parking but spacea are quite tight. £2 for 2 hours. There is a cafe nearby too. All in all, very enjoyable.

Great place for a nice walk out along this cliff or the beach is safe. The cafe has Toilets and Is a good price, also has a kids area inside. The beach is Dog Friendly.

We came here for a walk and thought the coast would be the best place to cool down. We weren't wrong. It was beautiful here and we will definitely be back again.

Lovely place. Clean and tidy. Nice for a walk & adventure. Tide was out, so I had a fly of my paraglider on the cliffs, excellent!

A great place to unwind. Nice relaxing atmosphere with a good stretch of beach. Some nice cafés a cycle shop, visitor center as well as a holiday park all near by. Toilets are also available in visitor center, including disabled access if you need that. Paths around are of good quality mostly, access to the beach is via steps, again a good standard typical for beach access, with a rail most of the way up or down. Good carparking in station road. Don't cost too much. Machine although often refuses my card, no idea as it works every where else. Fall back is cash or pay on line / just park app, location code 120864. Charged an extra 2% which is 2p per £1. Still you get a receipt and you can extend your booking when away from the carpark.
