The staff were all very helpful & lovely! They all had great customer service skills :) Food was also very good. Will definitely be returning & recommending to people!
This always used to be my go to takeaway. But not any more. In my last order the chicken balls were inedible. They used to be made with chunks of chicken, but now they are made of chopped up meat, and in my case gristle and bone. They refunded me, but I'd rather the food just be up to scratch and not need returning. I spent the refund in the Golden Wall who's chicken balls were made of proper chicken.
A really lovely local Chinese restaurant. The staff are always polite and welcoming, and the service is consistently good. The food is exactly what you’d hope for—tasty, freshly made, and reliably enjoyable every time. It’s not trying to be anything fancy, just a solid local spot that does what it does very well. Always a pleasure to eat here.
We were staying at Tudor Farm Campsite and grabbed a takeaway from here. Fast, friendly service and the food was super tasty too.

A party of 13 of us stayed locally to celebrate my brother's 40th birthday and we wanted a takeaway. My teenage son ordered a chow mein and, because he's allergic to beansprouts we asked for them to be left out, and to use a clean pan and utensils when cooking his dish. They took our (large) order but phoned 5 minutes later to say they'd decided to refuse to serve our son because they were too busy to use a clean pan. We've eaten in countless restaurants with him around the world, including dozens of chinese takeaways in the UK and we've never been refused service. Who can't manage a clean pan and clean spoon?? (Eugh - makes me wonder about their cooking methods). He was left feeling utterly humiliated and degraded and it was so sad to watch him have to eat something different (thanks Pizza Planet Cam for an excellent pizza, made in a clean pan......) at his Uncle's birthday. The food China Chef were willing to cook for us was tasty, so they get 4 stars for that, but Zero stars for the appalling, hurtful and unkind service, hence the 2 star average. Needless to say I shall never eat there again on principle.
Love this place can be a long wait at times but it’s worth it!
Best Chinese in the whole area. Best family who run this takeaway who are so lovely and the best Chinese chefs around. Highly recommended. 5 stars
We were staying in the area and this was the local takeaway, we ordered over the phone to collect. It was super popular so fairly busy, we waited about 15mins for our food order. The food was amazing, fresh and hot quality food. Would order from again if we were back in the area.
