Collecting from the store is straight forwarded with the staff at the Murryfield branch in Edinburgh very helpful. As I’ve done a number of projects this year this review is based on ordering well over fifty separate items and making far too many visits to collect.

Opening hours from online comfirmed order page differs from actual store operating hours. Bounced off the door 5 past 6PM (Just this one in Edinburgh) running to get some tools required to complete a gift for my friend... Genuinely angry, accompanied by employees folks leaving their car park with a sarcastic smirk on their tired faces. Ah well...
Wonderful people, very knowledgeable across 100s of products (how?!!!). Notable mentions include Andy and Rachel, the former for phoning and reassuring me about a delayed product and the latter reminding me of the alert service when an item comes back onto stock. Real pleasure to deal with, the click & collect service is excellent - you can check stock at other branches and reserve it as necessary.
