Came in to collect a gaming accessory I ordered online maybe 2 hours prior. The man at the collections desk (didn’t think to catch your name, sorry!!) was friendly, polite and efficient. I kid you not, I was in and out with my purchase within literally 30 seconds of it being my turn! Couldn’t hope for better honestly, very smooth service.
Very rude customer service I went there to return an item I bought via argos a sofa bed which the quality was not satisfactory and pumb to fill. The item has a return policy of 30 days still the person who was on service was very rude and was like we can’t accept it back . They way he is treating a Customer is not acceptable. He should not be doing this job if he don’t know how to handle a unsatisfied/ helpless customer. I really wanted to escalate this issue as this not acceptable.

Had ordered something to collect from store, was emailed being told it was now available for collection until the 31st January. Then got emailed a few days later informing me the order had been cancelled due to no stock. Hello?! Sounds like they’ve given away my order after taking my money. Cool

It was like any visit to Argos great value, clean and tidy store, helpful staff who provided excellent service at checkout and collection point, don't forget that you can now collect and spend nectar points instore as well as online.
Frustrating to have to head to the other side of town to get my item, but felt like the staff did a great job. Product ready to collect early and found the service efficient when I got there.
