   Helena on security is polite and approachable. Knows layout and stock and gives clear and precise advice when asked. Always alert and proactive and when exercising her security role does so with passive but firmness which calms potential difficult situations. She is a credit to herself and an asset to Asda.

   A fantastic selection of high quality, reasonably priced, and expertly microwaved meals are available in the in-store cafe. You can also save money by microwaving your own meal from their handy takeaway aisle. Please note that there is a purchase limit of 10 for all items if security don’t like the look of you. Fantastic, positive, highly motivated staff make you think you’ve stumbled into a wellness retreat, albeit one where you have to scan your own tinned macaroni cheese.

   Went to the cafe at 11:50 and tried to order the special deal of a toasty, coffee and chips to be told I was too early to get chips, available after 12 apparently. I declined and had a coffee only. Two members of staff behind me ordered toasties chips and beans plus drinks. They were served at the table at 11:55. No mention of the chips being unavailable. Maybe if I had mentioned that I use the self scan technically making me a member of staff I might have been eligible for early chips with my meal.

   Absolutely I annoyed !!spent a fortune here ,then decided to go to the cafeteria ,4meal on the menu !1.30and the l girl was so cheeky they had no meals on the menu !! Will never eat there again pure rude why advertise when they have nothing she clearly couldn’t be bothered

   Shelves are consistently sparse. Hardly any frozen vegetables or fresh. Self serve tills are poorly monitored by staff and the staff that are there are either chatting to each other or don't have a clue. Feel this store is going downhill.

   Got followed out by a security officer and was accused of stealing.i showed all my receipts for the rude security officer to question every purchase then to state there was no evidence of me using the tills maybe video playback on the security screens were not working semingly a receipt was not a valid prove of purchase.after identifying all the items .the security office then throw the receipt in the trolley and walked of.tried to phone the store but no luck shocking behaviour and all this was in front of my son very traumatic experience I can't reply to the comment so if you could leave a email then I can tell you all the necessary details etc

   This asda is superb. Its our local and we love the Asda Rewards App. I get so much back from my shop here and it makes coming back a little exciting haha. The customer service sometimes lacks to be honest and mostly from the security staff and kiosk staff. Don't work in customer service if you cba with the public.

   Jonathan always goes above and beyond to help people, always happy and smiling and promoting and helping people with the Asda Rewards Scheme. He is a true credit to the store and Asda as a whole, nothing is ever a bother to him, we need more people like him :)

   Entering you'll see a good amount of Asda's own brand clothing and household goods. Followed by groceries, fresh produce, frozen and chilled, more groceries and finally pet foods and alcohol. So it's a pretty standard layout, like Sainsburys the bread and bakery is furthest from the front door. Personally I dislike this layout, trying to dictate what I buy and how I feel about it. Buy cakes because you have bought healthy before arriving in the last corner. Generally the grocery sections were a mess with gaps across all the products. Apparently lots of staff were unwell, so I get it, its a struggle to keep up sometimes. Checkout service was fast and friendly.
