Tyres were not onsite at pre booked appointment time, car was onsite for over two hours, unacceptable. Was not informed of this when dropping car of so didn't have the opportunity to cancel

One of your very handsome mechanics at kwik fit Cumbernauld saved me tonight after being sold a dodgy tyre from a different garage. When I arrived at the garage he was really approachable and chatted away. I sadly didn’t catch his name however he took time to show and explain to me exactly what was wrong with the tyre I had been sold prior and replaced my car with two good tyres. Himself and his colleague who sorted me out with tyre insurance were both so friendly and helpful and I was really grateful for the service I was provided with. Car is driving perfect now, I’ll definitely be back with any future car issues!
No chance to fix only punctured tyre while wait. I was informed that they can do it for next day. Seriously? This is ridiculous… I have not spare wheel in my car and it was really big problem for me. Do not go there if you have this problem on your way, they will not resolve this… I went to other garage and it was fixed in 20 minutes…
Friendly staff who knew their stuff, I thought I'd be there an hour but they helped me get on my way in less than half that time. Highly recommend!

The staff are all really nice and always helpful. Would not go anywhere else for tyres or exhaust. They always seem to be very busy and don’t waste any time.
I arrived for my pre-booked pre-paid appointment for two new tyres 10 minutes early. After negotiating my way to reception between tyres, tools and boxes lying on the floor I was told they would call me when the job was done and it would be one to one and a half hours. Whilst I sat in reception and my car sat outside three employees stood talking to each other watching and laughing about something on one of their mobiles. I decided to leave after a few minutes and leave them to it. After half an hour someone called me to ask where my wheel locking nut was. So after half an hour they still hadn’t even taken a wheel off my car. I waited for a call about my car but after 1.5 hours I decided just to head back to the garage to find now there were only two employees who were both in the office, one on his mobile and one standing with his hands in his pockets. I was told “your car is ready” needless to say I hadn’t received a call to let me know. Distinct lack of customer service.
