   My first time at Prestige Tyres and definitely am recommending - will be returning! They beat my previous (very good) experience at a competitor on courtesy, wait time, service quality, communications/updates and price too! If everyone reads this review and they get inundated with more business then I imagine it would be a challenge to maintain this impressive standard, but I learned today they will do their best for you. Kyle set it all up (I felt my note here best way to say thanks), Michael and colleagues followed through brilliantly. Will spare all the details of the job, but Prestige Tyres made the disappointment at 2 damaged front tyres more palatable.. Comfy waiting area with free coffee a nice touch too... Thank you.

   Sent both my wife and dad's cars here for wheel alignment, and the staff were brilliant, professional and helpful throughout. They did the job properly and we could immediately feel the difference driving away - this is after Kwik Fit charged us a higher price but left the car driving wonky. I highly recommend Team Protyre!

   I ordered mid-range quality tyres through Asda Tyres website and had them fitted at Prestige Tyres Ltd in Busby. Unfortunately, the balancing job was done extremely poorly, the wheels were completely overloaded with lead weights. I went back to have it redone the following day, but the same young guy handling it seemed to have no proper knowledge of wheel balancing or simply didn’t care! To make things worse, he also damaged the handle used to lift the trunk floor panel to access the wheel locking nut key. Another garage later checked and removed all of the weights, confirming they were completely unnecessary and the work had been done very badly. I would not recommend this place, especially if you have a new or well-maintained car, they seem rushed, careless, and unprofessional or "something else"!

   Staff know what they are talking about and won't upsell you. I booked an appointment earlier in the week but had to cancel due to a shortage of time in which to have my tyres diagnosed. Came back without an appointment (as advised on the phone) and was seen in an hour despite it being particularly busy. Tyres were given the good to go without cost. Even told me I would be fine without an alignment/rotation. I'll certainly be back!

   Not happy at all, I arrived at Busby about 10-30 with a punctured tyre & was told to leave it & they'd get to it as soon as, three & a half hours later i still hadn't heard anything, so i went down & was told that they hadn't got to it yet, rubbish attitude, took my tyre & went to Kwik Fit & had much better service.

   As a returning client of many years I'm disappointed to report very poor service this morning. I popped in for a tyre check at 1100hrs. There only appeared to be one operative working on site who was obviously busy and stressed. He asked if i could pop back in an hour and a half, which I did. The situation had not improved and I was told it would be at least another 40 minutes before I could be seen. I decided to try my luck elsewhere locally and was taken pretty much straight away and am home with two new tyres within the hour. Sad that a longstanding and loyal connection has ended in such a manner

   Great service this morning from the 2 guys who were working this morning. They tried to fix my puncture but as it was on the side wall I had to get a new tyre. Great they don't try and rip you off cos you're a female. Thanks guys

   We needed to replace a tire on a rental car while staying in the Glasgow area. I called them to see if they had our unique tire size in stock. Unfortunately they did not but promised they’d have it in by 13:30/14:00. As promised they contacted us that the tire was in and they’d mount it as soon as we brought it in. It took less than 30 mins for them to change the tire. Being from the States they treated us extremely nice and never rushed our questions. The lads working on 19/10/2022 at 15:30 are the best. Even with others they were assisting they were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I’ve personally never had such great service like we got at Prestige Tyres anywhere else even back home in the States. They truly made the entire process painless so we could enjoy the rest of our holiday. Prices were affordable but even if they were not, the service alone should get you to trust this team. Thank you Team Protyre!

   Awful service, booked to get tyres front replaced and was given a slot of 16:30 to 17:30. The confirmation stated to please arrive between the times stated, so I arrived at 16:55 to be told they are closed. I challenge this and informed them that their own website as well as Google etc all state the closing time is 17:30. They then claimed they didn't have my booking, then mysteriously found it and the tyres and took the key off me with the words "give me your key", no further dialogue or even a please or thank you. Once I got the car back, the grease was all over the tyres and the alloys with no attempt made to clean this up and they also didn't reset the TPS light which is standard practice, so within 100 yards of leaving I get a warning on the dash. They used to be good here, but I'm not sure what has changed, they have certainly gone downhill. The only reason they got above 1 star is they managed to get the correct tyres on the right car, which is a bonus considering how unprofessional they seemed.
